Telco start up valued at >£1m in just 18 months. Developed Brand, and go-to-market strategy, securing exclusive distribution through UK airline and tour operators that delivered unprecedented customer growth.

InterContinental Hotels
Responsible for marketing strategy, planning & brand management across 9 global hotel brands including InterContinental, Holiday Inn, & Crowne Plaza. Including oversight of loyalty programme relaunch and roll out of digital guest experience initiative.

T-Mobile
Delivered step change in customer retention through integrated marketing & service approach
