Pip’s career has spanned over 25 years working in international marketing and communications, across SME’s and large corporations in FMCG, Business Services, Sport, Leisure & Hospitality. 
Pip has in-depth experience of driving change and business growth through delivering highly creative and effective brand strategies, utilising the full marketing and communications mix.
Her experience working in diverse categories and internationally, along with her strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen, enables her to adapt quickly to new environments, working collaboratively with teams to drive growth.
Having worked with many start-ups, Pip is a hands-on marketer, with a passion for getting under the skin of businesses, combining customer insights with commercial acumen to drive change and growth.

Part of the change management team re-engineer the commercial division of the University (sport & fitness; hospitality; retail) from loss to profit making within a designated three-year term.  Research; Business strategy; Marketing strategy: Partnership strategy.  Delivered £20m annual turnover within 18 months (12 months ahead of three year goal).
