With more than 30 years’ global expertise in fast-moving consumer goods and business-to-business regulated sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals and construction, I am a proven and pragmatic expert in differentiating businesses, helping them stand out and grow value.

My customer thinking was developed at Unilever and Colgate, building strong brands with clear choices about where to focus and invest profitably for long-term and short-term growth. With ‘Customer First’ partnership support for dental and veterinary professionals at Colgate and Hill’s Pet Nutrition, I consistently delivered above market revenue and profit results. 

Taking this approach to the business sector with its complex challenges, feeling connected and valued by a company or brand is vital. At BMI Group, I helped teams develop brands, initiatives and digital services that increased customer loyalty, spend and lifetime value.

Transforming processes for better collaboration, mentoring and coaching for higher capabilities and explaining the WHY to align everybody behind common goals, are my key to achieving sustainable business growth.
Fun facts
6 country moves with our rescue cats Mika & Kimi, cat-safe outdoors was priority No. 1. All survived safely, even though tornados, hurricanes, coyotes and bald eagles were not on our risk list.

Those moves also taught me cultural and practical perspective: six hours driving to my family in Germany crosses four countries; six hours in Kansas and we hadn’t even left the state.
