A seasoned marketing leader with three decades of strategic and operational experience across the full marketing mix; spanning B2B and B2C, public and private sectors, in both client and agency environments. I have garnered experience within diverse cultures and industries; from Construction and Financial services to Energy and Technology- always focused on helping companies evolve, connect with customers, and grow with purpose. I strive to bring together everything I have learned, using senior-level experience and a consultancy mindset to help businesses grow with purpose, clarity and measurable impact.Holding senior leadership roles across large and small SME companies undergoing significant change; from redefining the brand and customer strategy at the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) to driving commercial growth and digital transformation at Nationwide Platforms (Loxam). I have helped reshape small to large marketing functions, lead brand launches and rebrands, and embed customer-centric cultures at organisations including Xoserve (Correla), Unity Trust Bank and Powershop UK, where I was part of the original start-up team launching a challenger energy brand as a sub-brand to nPower. Earlier in my career, I held senior marketing positions with Staysure Group, Barratt plc, Santander UK, and Lloyds TSB, developing a strong foundation in brand, data, and customer insight.
