About me
I've spent 20+ years leading B2B marketing for technology businesses ranging from global enterprise to hyper-growth scale-ups. At SAP I ran large-scale demand generation programmes across multiple product lines, learning how to operate with rigour and at pace inside a complex organisation. At Mitie I led the marketing transformation of a major outsourced services business, developing the growth, digital and demand strategy in a highly competitive market.
The pull towards growth-stage businesses led me to roles at the likes of Feefo, Kyckr and Endersham to name a few - where I built marketing functions largely from the ground up, defined go-to-market strategy, and drove measurable commercial outcomes including 165% SQL growth and 8x MQL performance. These environments sharpened my instinct for what moves the needle when resources are finite and urgency is real.
