About me
As CMO and SVP Alliances at IFS (a medium/large ERP software vendor):
  • Built a global team of industry marketing experts and established IFS as Gartner leaders in multiple categories.
  • Implemented a “digital first” approach to marketing with new global CRM and marketing automation systems. 
  • Rebranded IFS as industry focused experts that could compete with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Infor in the biggest deals.
  • Worked on the post acquisition growth and communication plans following the company being bought by PE and taken private.

As CMO/CRO at Phrasee (a small software company that designed AI systems to generate short marketing messages) I planned their entry into their key market of the USA with a multi phase sales and marketing strategy and supporting plan designed to reduce investment risk and accelerate time to profitability. I recruited a USA commercial team, built a strong pipeline and built a profitable partner reseller network.

As the first ever CMO at Inoapps (a top 10 Oracle reseller) I put together their first real marketing strategy with supporting plan and budget. Implemented their first CRM and marketing automation tools. Rebuilt the marketing team to deliver a new model of demand generation.
Fun facts
I have been a keen water-skier for over 30 years and water-skied all over the world.
I still hold the high jump record for my high school and it will never be broken because the school was closed and demolished over a decade ago.
