About me

As a Global Sales & Marketing Leader, I have worked across regulated, advisory and growth-focused sectors, from SMEs to international organisations.

As Group CEO of Optimise Media, I delivered a 69% increase in operating profit, led international expansion into the Middle East and Asia, and strengthened commercial discipline across multi-regional teams.

As Sales & Marketing Director at the Royal Society of Chemistry, I exceeded a £50m revenue target despite the global pandemic, delivering £3m incremental profit uplift through a revenue diversification strategy I was appointed to lead.

More recently, I have supported growth-stage and professional services organisations through fractional mandates.

At Isogenica (biotech), I repositioned the business to deliver its largest-ever sales pipeline and over 100% revenue growth, achieving a 10/10 client NPS.

For Sona Insurance, a commercial insurance broker, I delivered a full marketing reset, increasing traffic by 265% within four months and establishing a repeatable inbound engine aligned to commercial priorities.

Across two medico-legal expert practices (Pain Expert and Psychiatric Expert), I led a strategic repositioning programme that more than doubled combined website traffic and delivered a 7.5× increase in qualified leads year-on-year within the first month post-launch.
