About me
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to exceeding KPIs and targets, as showcased by the ten-fold increase in marketing-sourced pipeline values and the staggering 900% growth in monthly MQL (marketing qualified leads) generation over six years at high growth SaaS business.Half my career has been spent agency-side in some of the leading UK digital and marketing agencies working across a wide range of industries from sport, drinks, education, manufacturing, banking, publishing, ecommerce, health and beauty, software and technology, tourism, professional services to automotive, media, leisure, charity, insurance and FMCG. I established one of the UK's first digital marketing agencies in 2010, generating revenues of £2.1m in its first year.
Learnings from all my roles and clients have been invaluable in shaping my approach to marketing, and my impact on client businesses. Considerable experience in scaling from start up to Plc to PE owned-business, underpinned by strong, marketing-driven growth.

Fun facts
As (voluntary) Chairperson of Scottish Women’s Football since 2016, I signed the first ever broadcast deal for the game in Scotland in 2018 and growth we have achieved has been incredible. Makes me very proud.Still play hockey and even as one of the ‘older’ (more experienced!) squad members, I still score cracking goals!
