Meet your Regional Director

Our Regional Director comes to meet you to find out all about your business, aspirations, frustrations and dreams. They will explain about how having a part-time Marketing Director works, and answer any questions you have about the process, costs, timescales, team  – whatever.

The Regional Director selects best fit Marketing Director

Our selection criteria are based on skill-set and experience, but also – and in our mind most importantly ‘chemistry’. The Regional Director personally knows all our Marketing Directors and will shortlist the people they feel fit your business requirements the best. You then meet and interview the Marketing Director (could be one – maybe two if not a clear choice) leaving the final decision of who you work with down to you.

Agree key priorities

We get to work. We don’t waste time on proposals. Using our Marketing 360 framework your Marketing Director works with your senior management team to agree the key priority plan for marketing in your business. This is often done as a Workshop which gives momentum and buy-in to what can be achieved with professional marketing input. At which point we roll our sleeves up and get the plan into action.

Regular days each week in your office

We work best where we’re in the business regularly at least one day a week. We are your in-house Marketing Director. Taking responsibility and driving marketing, building systems, processes, reporting, mentoring the team, becoming an integral part of your senior management team.

More than just one person – get the whole team for free!

Although you work directly with your chosen Marketing Director they are closely connected to the whole of the Marketing Centre team, giving access to an unrivalled wealth of experience, knowledge and business connections. This includes an extensive supplier network – our Little Black Book of tried and tested marketing support services. All just part of the service.

As you would expect during the many years of working as Marketing Directors across many industries our team have built up an impressive, diverse and powerful Little Black Book of trusted suppliers who have all been tried and tested. As part of our service these contacts are freely shared with business owners providing you with an immediate pool of thousands of services and products with no commission sought or given. If your chosen Marketing Director doesn’t immediately know someone to pick up the phone to – they contact the entire team and seek recommendations.

We won’t forget you.

Your Regional Director will keep in touch to review progress and offer support. Together you may decide to change Marketing Director for a specialist skill-set, or add in a part-time marketing manager, or slow down or speed up your current plans. Your Regional Director is there to help at all times.
