Developed an international D2C strategy for luxury holidays.  Target Key markets included Europe, USA, Australia and Canada. Lead generation was increased by 30-40% and new profitable growth destinations were opened in S America, Peloponnesian Islands and Japan.

Good Energy is a leading green energy supplier in the UK. Strategic development plan over 2-3 years. 

Octopus Investments  – 2016 to 2017 - Interim Business Line Manager.
Major project to improve funnel effectiveness and efficiency: Fundraising doubled to £170m, and all funds filled one month before deadline. 

AXA 2003 to 2013 - Director of Marketing
Member of senior management team tasked with turning around the business. Led a start-up team to develop a digital financial services proposition to brokers and retailers. New distribution partners included Virgin, AA, John Lewis, Tesco, Connells-Countrywide, banks and building societies. , AXA’s move from 40th in the market to a top 3 player and grew income from £7m to over £40m over 7 years.
