Defined and delivered new strategic multi-channel proposition driven by customer/market analysis – included e-comm development, multichannel synergies, PR & PPC agency onboarding, branding dev and roll out (stores/digital). Ensured buy-in across organisation; achieved significant sales increase in re-branded stores and positioned company for subsequent sale.
