Phil creates strategies for growth.  His 30 years commercial experience comprises Marketing, Sales and General Management in leaders like AkzoNobel (Dulux), Diageo and Nestle.

He is a consultant, a board director and a lecturer on a wide variety of Chartered Institute of Marketing programmes, including strategy and digital marketing.  He has generated growth in product and service organizations, both B2C and B2B, with turnovers ranging from £3 million to over £1 billion.
