Mathew is a seasoned marketing leader and NED with over 25 years’ experience, the last 15 of which have been at Board level with familiar, high-profile brands across a range of sectors including health & wellbeing, e-commerce, local government, and e-gaming. He is insight driven, with a passion for understanding the human aspect of organisations, connecting businesses with their customers to drive profitable growth, with a track record of delivering across B2C and B2B markets.

Marketing lead for AIM listed eGaming company, across multiple verticals and markets. Led a team of 45 people across product development, customer acquisition and retention. 

Marketing Director/General Manager 
Marketing and Business head for then fledgling Hearing Aid business that now exists in over 750 stores in the UK and across 6 other countries. Led the integration with the NHS and various charitable institutions.

BUPA - Head of Marketing
Led the B2C, B2B and Intermediary marketing functions (team of 24) for the main health insurance business. Introduced TV campaigns, direct mail and BUPA Online; and created and led BUPA’s global best practice marketing academy.
